Who I Am – Mira Sovia,
International Contemporary Artist

Welcome to the world of MIRA SOVIA
A world where art is not decoration, but a language, a character,
an almost physical necessity.

I am a professional artist with over fifteen years of creative experience (yes, even if I don’t show it). I started drawing before I could write,
and since then, I never stopped.

Today, I create custom artworks, personalized murals, paintings on fabric, silk, glass, furniture — every surface has a soul, and I make it speak.

My work is a balanced mix of technique, intuition, and — let’s be honest — artistic stubbornness.
I don’t seek approval. I seek connection. Not empty decorations, but visual experiences that speak of who you are, or who you could become.

I work throughout Italy and worldwide.
For private homes, shops, galleries, venues, restaurants, creative studios, boutiques, and public spaces.
I also paint difficult emotions, unspoken dreams, silences that need breaking.

I am also a teacher because I deeply believe that art is not taught with words, but with freedom, presence, and courage.

My style? Intense, visceral, poetic, sometimes ironic, never neutral.
If you want something that “fits everyone,” I’m probably not the right artist for you.
But if you’re looking for authenticity, depth, and a touch of unexpected genius, then we can create great things together.

Contact me. Tell me about your spaces. Or your restlessness.
I’ll take care of transforming them into art.

In my work, every brushstroke comes from a deep intention: to create authentic connections between art and people. I believe in the uniqueness of every human being and in art that sincerely tells their story. My works speak of true emotions, transformation, and expressive freedom.

I don’t just teach painting: I guide those who paint toward self-discovery. I value slowness, the process, and presence in the creative moment.

For me, art is not just beauty: it is a language of the soul.

My core values

  • Authenticity: every piece is unique and born from an inner dialogue.

  • Listening: to my clients, students, and myself.

  • Respect: for history, space, time, and the identity of those who observe or create.

  • Creative freedom: no imposed rules, only sincere exploration.

I paint to inspire, to spark thought, to transform places and lives.

Client Testimonials

Ukraine, Kyiv —

Anastasia and Oksana

This fabulous flower integrates so beautifully and elegantly into the decor of my bedroom. I’m fascinated. I love that you have the freedom to give free rein to your imagination when painting the pictures.

Mira, I admire once again your ability to sense, select, and convey colors. And this time, not even the distance stopped you. The mystery remains: how do you do it?

Thank you for the sense of good mood and celebration that you have brought into my soul.

Mira, thank you from the bottom of my heart! You are a wonderful person and an extraordinary professional in your field. The idea was there, but the execution exceeded all expectations: simply incredible!
I am truly grateful. Now I feel like painting the whole house!

Mira’s work has completely transformed our entrance: now it feels like a gateway to an enchanted place. She painted a forest that conveys peace, beauty, and harmony. Every detail is crafted with love and talent.
We were left speechless by the result; it goes beyond all expectations.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Mira!

Portugal, Lisbon —

Entrusting Mira with the decoration of our villa was one of the best decisions. Not being artists ourselves, we didn’t have a clear idea of how everything should look, and the project was far from simple.
But Mira’s patience and sensitivity guided us through every step. The final result is extraordinary: our villa now shines thanks to these wonderful works, full of life and harmony.
