The delivery of the paintings is arranged in agreement with the buyer.

Delivery times depend on the destination and are agreed upon at the time of the order.

The paintings are carefully packaged to ensure their safety during transport.

The delivery cost is calculated separately and communicated before the order is confirmed.

Once shipped, the buyer receives a tracking number to follow the shipment.

Mural Painting Terms

Mural painting is carried out after all details have been agreed upon (dimensions, style, materials).

Free access to the walls and a properly prepared surface must be guaranteed.

Execution times depend on the scale and complexity of the work and are arranged individually.

Payment is made according to prior agreement; a deposit may be required before the start of work.

Changes can be made during the process, subject to agreement with the client.

Returns are not accepted for paintings or mural works, as each piece is custom-made and reflects the artist’s creative vision.In the event of manufacturing defects or damage during delivery, please contact us within 3 days to resolve the issue.
